Co-Op Radio Tour
CO-OP MORNING DRIVE RADIO TOUR®
Planned Television Arts' Morning Drive Radio Tour® has been an extremely success publicity vehicle for the past 15+ years capitalizing on the enormous number of listeners during drive time. Your future outreach campaigns will gain access to the most influential radio audiences in America. We generate interviews with news and talk stations, nationally syndicated shows and radio networks, business-format stations, and all other appropriate listener formats that reach your targeted demographics.
- A Morning Drive Radio Tour® consists of 18-20 back-to-back radio interviews with leading mainstream radio stations across the country in the top 50 markets, as well as select regionally and nationally syndicated outlets. Interviews typically last about ten minutes and are mostly live.
- The Co-Op MDRT, PTA's fastest growing service features 4-5 different clients with products that, together form a theme, i.e. "It's Black Friday-Hassle Free Holiday Gifts", "Back-To-School: Be Cool" and "Heart Throb Gifts for your Valentine." (See attached theme calendar 2005/2006)
- Each client will receive a separate schedule and updates on a regular basis. As well, each client will have the opportunity to present their product and most important talking points to be included in each interview booked on the schedule. And the opportunity to talk directly with expert host, Robyn Spizman prior to the tour to insure your messages will be incorporated to the best of her ability.
- The Co-Op MDRT provides the best return on your investment. Approximate audience, on average, ranges from 4 - 10 million listeners, though audience figures vary from tour to tour. Although it is reasonable to expect to generate sales from your Co-Op MDRT, PTA cannot guarantee how many sales or how much traffic to a Web site shall be obtained as a result of the tour.
- Our celebrity host is Robyn Spizman aka "Robyn to the Rescue." Known across the country for her gift giving ideas for smarter living, she is a seasoned author, and television and radio personality who arrives with timely solutions to everyday problems.
All interviews are monitored and can be heard by each client as it is being produced. The Co-Op MDRT will be taped and sent to each client within ten days following the tour date.
The advantages of utilizing the tour's format and expert spokesperson include:
- The message comes off to listeners as if your product or service is being recommended by a third-party expert.
- It means you don't have to find a spokesperson or train a company executive to do the interviews.
- The message is presented in a timely fashion, to coincide with a theme or holiday or special calendar date.
- Your company is mentioned in a positive manner without any traces of "selling" and you will be mentioned with a few select companies that complement - not compete with - you.
